1. Sponsor
The giveaway is organized by Tasty Harvests LLC, based in Massachusetts, United States ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility
The November 2026 Tasty Harvests 7 Ways to Grow Food Workshop Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and meet all eligibility requirements. Tasty Harvests LLC may request reasonable verification of age and residency before awarding a prize.
Employees of Tasty Harvests LLC, individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate household members are not eligible.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The November 2026 giveaway opens November 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and closes November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received outside this period are not eligible for the November drawing.
4. How to Enter
Visit the official Tasty Harvests giveaway landing page and submit the entry form with the required information.
Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing. Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or automated entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, or marketing-email subscription is required to enter.
5. Prize Description
Ten eligible winners will each receive one seat in a live, virtual, 60-minute educational workshop titled 7 Ways to Grow Food at Home.
Workshop date: Thursday, November 12, 2026
Time: 7:00–8:00 PM Eastern Time (New York, USA)
Each prize includes:
Admission to the live virtual workshop
A downloadable growing-method comparison worksheet
Participation in the live group Q&A session
Stated value per workshop seat: $100 USD.
Total stated prize value: $1,000 USD.
These values must be substantiated before the giveaway launches.
The workshop is presented in English. Winners are responsible for their own internet access and compatible devices. Physical gardening supplies are not included.
Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred or exchanged, except as required by applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On November 7, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select ten potential winners from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted at the email address provided during entry.
Each potential winner must respond and accept the prize within 48 hours after the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond, declines the prize, or fails eligibility verification, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
Confirmed winners will receive private workshop joining instructions before the event.
8. Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, determine eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes.
Promotional email subscriptions are optional and require separate consent. Declining marketing communications does not affect giveaway eligibility or chances of winning.

9. Technical Issues and Administration
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that fail to arrive because of technical issues outside its reasonable control.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control prevent the giveaway or workshop from proceeding, the Sponsor will communicate necessary changes, subject to applicable law.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
11. Acceptance of Rules
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections.
